9:30 Dumpster Pads (all 3).  5:1 DE, neutralize battery stains, clean surface rust oxidation and pre-treat oil stains.

-Floor Tool Options: Oil and rust.  Have students try Floor Tool.  Show how to prep for a coating.  What you can do with coatings, stain and seal and sealing.

10:00 Surface Clean Pads and Dry

10:20-11:00(on Double Dumpster pad) Left side spray BARC process. 2x if needed.  Spraying techniques.

11:00-11:30 (on Double Dumpster pad) Right side of Dumpster pad do GK (Demo). Mist with water, GK, Surface Clean.  At same time, finish the left side barc process- wet with water/broom, rinse.

11:30-11:45 Fog Coat the far right dumpster pad.  Show what the fog coat does.

11:45-12:00 Do Groundskeeper demos on curbs.  Tire marks

This Class is a comprehensive, HANDS-ON Maintenance Cleaning, Acid Washing/Neutralization, Rust Removal and Restoration full 2 day course which includes water recovery methods. This Class focuses on many of the following: Hard surface maintenance cleaning (keeping those surfaces cleaner longer with F9 Groundskeeper), hard water stain removal, rust removal, prepping concrete for a coating for stain/seal, covering up surface cleaner marks, blending in damage from wand/turbo tip or deep surface cleaner etching, using a floor tool with special attachment/techniques to achieve spectacular results and what we call a “fog coat”… which is very useful in all of the above and sealing with penetrating sealer.

You will learn our unique approach to restoration and maintenance which was developed over many years and millions of square feet of cleaning. This process is something that can be applied to concrete, bricks, pavers, tile, stone and may other hard surfaces to achieve mind blowing results and separate your company from all others!

You will also learn how to sell battery stain jobs, rust removal jobs, hard water stain removal jobs and more. You will learn how to completely separate yourself from your competitors, increase profits and make your customers say “yes!!”

These techniques are unique to Front 9 Restoration and you will not learn these secrets anywhere else in the world. Learn how to always get your surface cleaner than your competition… and provide a surface that stays cleaner longer!

You will also get a copy of the 1 hour powerpoint that will be given in the morning, sales techniques, training info, networking ideas and more. All hands on hours count toward UAMCC credit hours.
